By accessing or using TextReels ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

TextReels is a web and mobile application that allows users to create animated conversation videos. The Service offers a free tier with limited usage and a paid subscription (TextReels Pro) for unlimited access.

Free and Paid Plans

• Free plan: Up to 3 videos per calendar month. Free videos include a TextReels watermark.
• TextReels Pro ($8.99/month): Unlimited videos with no watermark and priority rendering.

We reserve the right to change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice.

Payments and Subscriptions

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to TextReels Pro, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method. You may cancel your subscription at any time through Stripe's customer portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using TextReels, including conversation text, character names, and uploaded images. You are solely responsible for the content you create and must ensure it does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use TextReels to:

• Create content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or otherwise harmful
• Impersonate real individuals in a misleading or harmful way
• Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service in an abusive manner

Intellectual Property

The TextReels name, logo, design, and underlying technology are the property of TextReels. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Service without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TextReels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
